Job Overview
- This is a work-from-home position open to Middle Tennessee.
- The position requires the Customer Support Representative (CSR) to deliver superior customer service to our client's online customers by answering inbound calls and chats.
- We are looking for a professional and responsible individual with 1-3 years of experience in customer service - inbound calls.
- You must be able to listen, discover, and understand the customer's needs, and provide creative solutions for concerns related to the product.
- You must utilize approved practices and guidelines to assist the customer and address any concerns as they arise during the relationship cycle.
- You must be able to accept and embrace changes within the current business structure.
