Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in payroll & benefits processing and compliance with government-mandated benefits

  • Facilitates timely and accurate administration of employee benefits
  • Experience on manual timekeeping & payroll
  • Attends to inquiries and concerns on benefits
  • Continuously monitor the Leave credits available per employee
  • Prepares monthly report of remittances of government loans availed by employees.
  • Assist on overall HR Facets
  • May assign other task from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With related experience is an advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be Detail-oriented
  • Supervisory level is a plus!
  • Proven experience in recruitment, comp and ben, and ER
  • Experience with Comp & Ben
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skill
  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid Work Set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
