Responsibilities
- Proven experience in payroll & benefits processing and compliance with government-mandated benefits
- Facilitates timely and accurate administration of employee benefits
- Experience on manual timekeeping & payroll
- Attends to inquiries and concerns on benefits
- Continuously monitor the Leave credits available per employee
- Prepares monthly report of remittances of government loans availed by employees.
- Assist on overall HR Facets
- May assign other task from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With related experience is an advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be Detail-oriented
- Supervisory level is a plus!
- Proven experience in recruitment, comp and ben, and ER
- Experience with Comp & Ben
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skill
- Amenable to work on a Hybrid Work Set-up
