JOB SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, manages the onboarding and organizational enrollment of Physicians and Advance Practice Providers. Partners with hiring leaders to develop and coordinate the onboarding experience. Utilizes process improvement and organizational development principles to problem solve, address gaps, and organize resources for interviewing, credentialing, community promotion, introduction to organizational culture, orientation, systems access, continuing development, and retention.
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Project management or similar certification preferred.
Work Orientation & Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a health care setting required.
- Practice management, medical staff operations, and/or organization development experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Customer service orientation with exceptional communication and the ability to manage relationships and interactions across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications
- Ability to manage projects engaging broad and diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of credentialing and medical staff operations
- Capacity to apply organization development principles including, but not limited to, data collection and analysis, change management, organization behavior, and strategic alignment
